Although we had a bit of a wait for our reservation, the food was well worth the wait. Everything was excellent.

Top ingredients, creativity, ambiance and service. When in town a must visit .

A amazing dinner, food was fresh and bright. I high recommend a dining experience here.

My family had a great meal at Emotes. We came in at 6 PM on a Friday evening. We very seated within 5 minutes. They had a pop up menu that allowed you to choose any 3 items, one from each section of the menu for a fixed price of $35. I had the beet salad, a 14 oz pork chop and a chocolate flan with candied orange. All were excellent, the porkchop was very flavorful, moist and and tender. They also have a large wine list. The servers were very helpful and kept our water glasses and bread basket full. The bread was so good my nephew ate a whole basket almost by himself. The pic of the pork chop shows the bone which was what was left.

I took my Hubby out for his Birthday. The food was very good. I ordered a NY strip steak and it was cooked to perfection.The waitress was very attentive. At the end of the meal she put a candle in a delicious piece of cheesecake. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous pasta! Great service! Charming ambiance! We stumbled upon this last summer on our way to Maine and stopped by again today. Loved the food and the service was attentive. I love the interior space and the whole vibe. The menu is great and the pasta is made fresh. I would give it a 10 out of 10. High end Italian.

Dining here is a thrill for the entire family.Whenever someone is home the first place they want to dine is ( as we refer to ) Bart’s. Always fantastic specials, the service is top notch. And the Host is always on, greating and stopping by to check on our experience. We go as often as we can all get together. We will be back soon!

Incredible experience with excellent food. Angel was our server and she was great. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the best meals my wife and I have had in a long time.

What an excellent meal! Their pear Gorgonzola salad and tagliatelle with duck were both excellent. Some of the best flavored pasta I've had in the USA.

We had Salmone alla braccia and pappardelle with pork and a torta di ceci (chic peas). Everything was unbelievable. The service was 1st class. Don't miss it!

Wow. Amazing food and service in the Hudson Valley. You can certainly tell that the chef and manager came from Culinary Institute of America. If you are in the area, go. It's even worth a trip to go from a distance.

This restaurant was very good. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. My girlfriend and I both got gluten free pasta dishes and they were some of the best we've ever had. This place did not disappoint. We will return in the near future.

I have visited this restaurant on many occasions. We went last nite for our anniversary.It's always busy and they don't accept reservations unless the party has at least 5.They do try to get you seated as quickly as possible.I had a pork special with apples and onions in a maple syrup sauce.The sauce was great but there were too many apples in it for me. They got a little messy.Dessert was an almond cake with vanilla gelato but it didn't hit a home run like in past visits .Even on there worst nite there still great but this was one of there lesser nites.

I wish I had taken pics of the food. This is my place in fishkill. From the ciabatta and homemade ricotta, to the pork chop and my husband’s duck — another gastronomic experience. I had the pork chop, cooked perfectly over a creamy, cheesy polenta with a cherry pepper compote. The cherry peppers had a tiny kick, but they perfectly paired with the bitter broccoli rabe and polenta. My husband had the duck. FYI- five years ago we did Jean George in nyc for our anniversary. No one has every come close to their duck. Until now. The duck was amazingly tender, perfectly cooked, and not at all gamey. My husbands only critique—too much cranberry sauce. The sauce and accoutrements did not have the same finesse and sophistication of the duck. But he would order it again. Il Barilotto - as close to a NYC food experience as you can get minus the tolls.

I don't think I can give this place enough praise. The ambiance is beautiful and subtle, high quality woods and decorative pieces adorn the interior. The bread and the ricotta spread are incredible. I mean truly incredible. I have never experienced anything like it in my entire life. As for the handmade pastas... Wow. Simply wow. I love Italian and this is what I would consider to be fine Italian dining. Highly recommended.

We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and 2 appetizers. They were horrible. One was an octopus which tasted more like an overcooked rubbery chicken. The second was eggplant with chickpeas. It literally had no flavor and had a weird spikey texture. After this we decided not to order an entree and left. Maybe some other items on the menu better but was very disappointed.

Excellent! My wife and I loved the food! I had the home made gnocchi with squid, it was amazing!

This place is an absolute gem. Five stars across the board. Mature yet cozy atmosphere, exceptional food and wine, fast service. Easily one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to, this place rivals anywhere in NYC/Long Island. I will definitely make the trip back here for their pasta whenever I'm in the area!

I can't say enough to describe this place in a short review. Staff was friendly and quick. Very comforting setting. Definitely a higher class restaurant. I would go here frequently if I lived in the area. The food was absolutely amazing. I would lover to work my way through every item on the menu. There is a large selection and food for every appetite. Good job here, open as many of these as you possibly can. Awesome awesome awesome!!!

It’s so hard to find a good gf pasta but this place hands down has the Best gf pasta I’ve ever had! The flourless chocolate cake is nothing like gf sweets you find at a store! I’m already looking forward to coming back!
